(‘Abuzz Designs’ ‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘I’) website, ABUZZDESIGNS.com (the ‘site’). we ask that you abide by the terms and conditions that follow, along with any other terms and conditions that may appear on this Site from time to time (collectively, the ‘Conditions’)- Your use of the site constitute your agreement with the Conditions that follow and we reserve the right to revise these Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will post them here. You agree to check this section periodically to be aware of any changes and your continued use of the Site shall be considered your agreement to any modified Conditions. If you do not agree to these conditions, please do not use the Site.
General
By agreeing to these Terms of Service you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any Illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (Including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time
You understand that your content (not Including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. Please see Stripe or Paypal for their policies.
You agree to not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use oi the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us
The headings used in this agreement are Included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms
Order Processing
In stock orders are processed in 5-7 business days although most ship sooner than that. Any backorders have a 6-8 week lead time. If your order an in stock or back ordered item at the same time, they will ship together in the 4-6 week lead time. If you prefer to have them shipped separately please order separately.
Shipping
All orders are shipped USPS first class. If the order weighs more than 16oz, it will ship Priority. Priority upgrade is available for purchase. Once I drop items off at the post office I can’t give any updates, so please reach out to your local post office before reaching out to me if the package is taking longer than expected.
Due to Covid-19, Abuzz Designs is only able to offer domestic shipping. As international shipping becomes available again it will be added.
Returns
Returns are not accepted. However, I want to ensure customer satisfaction. If you have any issues, disappointments, concerns etc regarding your purchase. Please let me know by emailing me at lauren@abuzzdesigns.com and I’ll be happy to help. Returns are not available for digital downloads for any reason.
